We reserve the right not to accept returns on Wreaths, Garlands and any other products that are made with natural elements. Disclaimer: Please note there products are made with fresh and dried elements and may discolour over time if left outside to the natural elements. Some dired elements are coloured using nautral dies, please keep away from furniture where you do not want the colour to transfer onto, this will be at your own risk.

All products are checked and packed to keep the product as safe as possible. Some natural products can be fragile which we pack with the upmost care, but we can not always guarantee there will not be damages in the shipping process due to the nature of the product.
